Advanced Reporting

Media Traffic offers advertisers powerful tools to manage the profitability of their campaigns.

ROI Tracking

Add a single line of code to your conversion page to measure the effectiveness of your targets. Media Traffic offers Pixel tracking for both secure and non-secure conversion pages.

Detailed Reports

Our flexible real-time reporting shows your statistics by Campaign, Country, Destinations, Dates and Target/Categories – all from 1 easy to use interface. When combined with our ROI tracking, you can see your conversion directly within MediaTraffic reports.

Target Outbid Report

Media Traffic is the only CPV Contextual Advertising platform with a report that shows targets that are affecting your performance.

  • For example, let’s say you are bidding $0.01 CPV for the target "payday loan". For the sake of this example, let us assume there are no other active bids for this target. Most ad platforms will show that you have no competitors on this target.
  • However, there may be other targets in the system that is affecting the amount of traffic you are receiving to your target "payday loan". You may have other advertisers bidding $0.02 for "payday" or $0.02” for "loan".
  • This directly affects the amount of traffic you would receive for "payday loan" as your competitors are bidding twice as much for targets that are contained within your target.

Without a report that shows this, you would never know that you are being affected by other targets with higher bid prices.

You can now decide if you want to place a higher bid for your ‘payday loan’ target which is more targeted than just ‘payday’ or ‘loan’.

Target Pass-through

Another method available to determine which targets are working for you is to use our Target Pass-through feature. This feature requires data capture and reporting that exists on your server and not with Media Traffic.

Target pass-through must be enabled on each of your destinations. Then you can capture the target through the ‘target_passthrough’ variable.
